However, I couldn't find the BIOs so I searched a bit more and learned that it was replaced by the UEFI thing so... I restart, F2, get Bios, give password and I am in, but still I cannot change certain items in the Bios and one of them I cannot change is the sequence, putting the flash drive/usb first.

One is called the ESCAPE and has integrated graphics on the MB and it appears the latest BIOS for it is 3.14 which you installed. My PC which is an a350e has the AGP card only option and is called the FOCUS model. It uses the nVidia NForce2 400 chipset on the North Bridge and the MCP-T chipset on the South Bridge.
